Questions

What do I need to run it?
A Shopmonkey account and Google Chrome on each shop computer. The suite installs as a Chrome extension and runs inside the Shopmonkey tab you already have open.
Is the Service Advisor app included?
Not yet. It's in development and isn't part of any plan until it ships.
Can I cancel, and is there a refund?
Yes to both. It's month to month, cancel whenever, and if the first thirty days don't pay for themselves we refund the first month.
Is there a free trial?
No. There's a thirty-day refund instead. We'd rather set it up properly with you than leave you alone with a trial clock.
